The resort is nestled in the mountains, providing a peaceful and serene setting for relaxation. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean and well-maintained bathrooms. the staff is warm and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience. the breakfast options are limited, but the dining room offers a fantastic view of the surroundings.
The resort lacks the promised spa and resort facilities, which is disappointing seeking a full relaxation experience.

The hotel offered breathtaking views of the hills and waterfalls from the rooms, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with large balconies to enjoy the scenery.- The staff, particularly the housekeeping and restaurant staff, were friendly and attentive, making the stay enjoyable.
The hotel was overpriced for the amenities provided, lacking the services usually expected from a 3 or 4-star hotel. The buffet offered was average, only covering basic needs and lacking in variety.
